Suitable for my child's bike but be aware that if you have a narrow triangle on the bike frame, this bottle cage will be very difficult to install once fitted. Hang your bike on a bike rack. I had this problem trying to resolve an issue between my kid's smaller girls bike (which has a slanted support bar anyway), a water bottle holder, and traveling with the bike in the back of the car on a bike rack. In the end I settled on a bottle cage and then attached her bike to the top of the van instead of the rack with all the other bikes. Of course, none of this says anything about the quality of the drinking bottle holder, which is okay. But even with this smaller cage I still had issues, so I just wanted others to be aware of this issue if you transport your smaller bike in the car very often.
