Review on Colby Valve Emergency Replacement Black by Troy Robinson

The Colby valve is a great product. I saw it advertised on my Facebook feed and thought it looked good but I don't think I'll ever need it. Fast forward a few months and my old F150 found an air leak in a wheel. I assumed it had caught on a nail due to the tight design, but unfortunately the valve stem on this wheel was very old and basically rotted and leaked very quickly . . I ordered a Colby Valve and received it quickly, Revain Prime 2 days delivery. The old valve stem was pulled out with pliers, probably he could have done it with his hand. Push the inner part aside and install the Colby valve, twist the installed plastic wing nut and fill with air. Several days have passed, every day I check the pressure, the air is holding, there are no leaks. It is made in the USA and you can see the quality in the production. I'd say the only downside is that it's a bit pricey at $34.99 for 2, but if you have it and need it, it could be invaluable on the trail or backcountry. I added them to my tool box. Highly recommended.
