Review on H.VERSAILTEX Jet Black Adjustable Tie Up Shade/Blackout Curtain With Rod Pocket Top For Bathroom Windows - 42"W X 63"L Set Of 1 by Jennifer Salazar

This original review was for the Pure White curtain. It doesn't really block light but filters it instead. What I was hoping for was something that blocks the light rather than filtering it. As you can see in the photos, I have a sheer white curtain as a first layer to the Pure White H.Versailtex curtain. The sheer curtain provides only slightly more light blocking, however it doesn't darken the room enough to my liking. For the price of the Pure White, not a huge deal.The Jet Black is more what I am looking for in this room — it completely blocks out all light, as you can see from the second set of photos (this is the exact same window as the Pure White curtain images).The fabric of both the Pure White and the Jet Black curtains are satin, so they have the slightest shine to them. They are not matte, which isn't a deciding factor for me personally. This is a good, low cost solution for privacy and light blocking.
