(ADDITIONAL ADDED) Glass bottom fell apart, poured a gallon of product

Was on the shelf for a week, picked it up and the glass bottom literally came off (see photo). I don't know what to do here. The guarantee link didn't contain any useful information and still I lost about $50 of the product I injected. To be honest I'll wait and see if the seller gets in touch with me, but for now I'd advise "DO NOT BUY". EPISODE 11/12. After this verification, the seller contacted me directly and offered a replacement or refund. (I received a refund). They were very active and seemed willing to work things out with me.
