Sleeve too small, bite area too wide

I have a 70 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback with a severe bite. The sleeve is too tight for me and I'm a small person. The bite surface is too wide and too hard for her to sink her teeth into, so she ends up pulling. She loves this toy as a treat and education, but I wouldn't buy it again.
