These brushes really changed the game in my paint by number project. They are comfortable, the short bristles give me control in those little spots, I was SO excited. I've had the brushes for 1 week, I've only been using the size 5/0 for 3 days and the wood is already cracking on 2 sides. I do NOT leave these brushes in the water for fear of this happening. I rinse the brushes in water (a SMALL amount of water to avoid wetting the wood), just enough, to get the paint off the brushes and place it on a paper towel with a different size brush. It's very disappointing. Now I'm wondering when this will happen with the 2/0 brush that I use the most. I AM NOT SURE THESE BRUSHES WILL LAST TO THE FINISH OF MY PROJECT. It's really very sad how our society has gotten to the point where almost everything we buy is SHIT and doesn't last more than 3 days. pathetic. I will ask the seller for a refund.
