Absolutely unusable as delivered/packaged

Just tried this item - horrible experience. First, the motor shaft is unlike anything I've seen before. It has a cast metal center piece with a threaded end. Second, NONE of the three finger sets will fit on the driveshaft. An hour finger falls on the shaft with a large rim, the rest is too small to fit on the inner shaft. NONE of the fingers of the other hand even go through the shaft as the cast is too large. Something is really mixed up there
