Review on EPOCH by Bryce Marshall

The customer service has been great so far, they are very knowledgeable of our business needs as well have done an amazing job at customizing Epoch to fit what we needed! I don't see any downsides yet but if there do come up then maybe that's just because it hasn;t hit us in full force like some others said (time zone).

We're able get most things completed with one call or email from them which makes life much easier when you work across time zones/ locations etc.. This software allows me access anywhere anytime all while being connected back into my office environment where ever i may be located throughout Canada via VPN connections allowing seamless transfers between provinces without losing data integrity through out this process - saves alot money too not having constant backups running everywhere!! I like that it has all of my regulations within one place, instead having to go through multiple sources each time there's an update or change in regulation! It can be difficult at times due its complexity - but we are learning how better utilize this software as our organization grows so hopefully over-time these features will become easier/less complex!! As far us using Epoch? We have been able solve many problems with ease by utilizing their services (such as billing).
