EPOCH Review

The most helpful aspect of this software to me was that it helped us track all our employees at one place, so we could be certain they were adhering with HIPAA regulations in regards to privacy/security policy violations or any other type of violation (not just PHI). It also allowed management time spent managing medical records as an efficient use instead if wasting their hours creating reports! Not much dislike about anything I can think off right now but there are some minor UI issues here…

It has been very easy to use, it's intuitive interface makes setup really quick! I wish that we could have more customization in our reports as well (we're looking into some other ERP software). However, this isn't an issue with Epicor-EPF is one of those programs which can be customized easily. The customer service has been great so far, they are very knowledgeable of our business needs as well have done an amazing job at customizing Epoch to fit what we needed! I don't see any downsides yet but if there do come up then maybe that's just because it hasn;t hit us in full force like some others said (time zone). I like that it's easy to use, has many features including an audit trail which makes my job much easier at times! It can be slow sometimes but this may just have been due to our internet connection being poor in comparison with other software we've used before (such as Xero). We are able to track all of our clients' medical insurance claims using Epoch so there isn't any need anymore for paper files or spreadsheets - everything gets done online now via their secure website where they're stored…
