It has been very easy to use, it's intuitive interface makes setup really quick! I wish that we could have more customization in our reports as well (we're looking into some other ERP software).

However, this isn't an issue with Epicor-EPF is one of those programs which can be customized easily. We are solving problems related to inventory reconciliation by using Epoch along side MTM modules from Sage 100 Accounting/Billing applications. This helps us get accurate data about stock levels & purchase orders within seconds without manual effort needed at any point during time period when compared to previous method.
