The most helpful aspect of this software to me was that it helped us track all our employees at one place, so we could be certain they were adhering with HIPAA regulations in regards to privacy/security policy violations or any other type of violation (not just PHI).

It also allowed management time spent managing medical records as an efficient use instead if wasting their hours creating reports! Not much dislike about anything I can think off right now but there are some minor UI issues here & sometimes when you log-in its hard to see your entire list due too small screen size - try looking through them side by sides until everything gets displayed clearly enough where no scrolling down necessary! Also would have liked more options regarding patient files / data entry etc like uploading images from cameras which will help keep things simpler than having two different programs up n running simultaneously during work flow days :D.
