I only ordered one so can't comment on the sizing consistency. but the one I received doesn't fit my sink overflow right out of the box. After 9 turns of thick tape, it fits the hole snugly. There is an inner round white plastic element that attaches to the sink hole and its tabs. has an inner diameter of approx. 18 mm and an outer diameter of 22 mm. The outer material is made of metal with a brushed nickel finish. looks great cosmetically. My chrome spill frame is a standard size, this replacement fits. so this should work. I deducted 1 star for the package.
