Review on Advanced GPS Multisport Watch with Wrist-based Heart Rate - Polar Vantage M (Lightweight Design & Latest Technology) by Joe Meyer

It's good depending on what you use it for

Items received on time. The watch quality is good. Feel incredibly light but pretty sure it will hold up. I bought this primarily for heart rate monitoring but not a chest strap. Like many reviewers, the HR lags the chest strap in terms of rise and fall, but towards the end of the middle it will mostly match the strap by 1 or 2 beats on average. The more even the pace, ie jogging, the HR is pretty much the same as the chest strap from a visual point of view, but if you're doing interval training or a workout at the gym, the immediate HR response will constantly be off by 10 beats. Again, the average at the end of the workout matches the chest strap pretty closely, which is fine with me since I use an average rather than peaks and a low heart rate. Also, like many reviewers, the watch is a bit dim, but that's not a clue. Violation of the terms of the contract. Overall the watch is good, a bit expensive for my use as I only use it for heart rate monitoring but I think it's worth it for me as I'm tired of the chest strap. Overall I would recommend this product
