The moral of the story - read the instructions for the clips and put them on immediately. I didn't understand how the heck the bottom clips attached to the hooks. I finally opened up the little guide and it was easy enough. Sad. I put the brackets aside somewhere if I couldn't figure it out at first, and when I did I was left with only one. User error, so using a make-shift clip from something else I have. The network itself is operational. I wish it had smaller pocket compartments (it's just a large mesh opening) but if I looked hard enough on the internet I'd find out and maybe get another one. although he does his job well. I have a 2015 Toyota Highlander.
