Review on ๐Ÿ”ฉ Bosch 8 Inch Impact Titanium Drill Bit: TI2135IM by Kevin Apriando

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good depth for wood

These drill bits work well for deeper 1/8" holes in softer materials like wood. For drilling harder, finer materials, I use short 1/8". -Bits with impact as one might think these longer Bosch bits are more likely to break due to a long thin drill.Bosch drill bits are a bit brittle (brittle) which is the reason for removing a star.Much longer HSS -Jobber 1/8" drill bits tend to be stronger, but must be inserted directly into the drill bit, which is much less convenient. It could be both. A heavy cordless T-handle that powers a long thin drill bit, more likely to cause a bending or side force that causes the drill to break if the flutes get stuck or if the drill gets stuck in the material to find just because so many people are breaking them when those people really need shorter, stronger ones. Impact drill or more careful use. Bottom line: 1/8" is a preferred size, and I keep a long, skinny bit like this for deeper holes, as well as a shorter impact bit (like the DeWalt DD5008, which is very short). ) for more frequent smaller holes. A hammer drill is more reliable in normal use, but the usable drilling depth is 1/2 to 2/3 that of Bosch drill. You can't make a short drill longer, but you can drill a smaller hole with a longer drill.
