Not the safest (at least for me)
It was difficult to assemble. After a while I finally got it (separate piece). 3 days later the piece going through the top main ball came loose and I ended up swallowing it. π This is now a regular barbell piercing with a hole in the ball (above). So I wouldn't rate this thing as ultra-secure.
