Great app for your sales force automation needs
The easy access to customer info allows us to target our customers better by giving them useful tools such as price quotes, brochures or even demo videos right from within Salesforce!The system can be quite slow when you try to use certain features especially if there's too much data involved (which is very common).
However, I have no complaints about any specific part of this tool. It has been worth using so far and we are looking into upgrading soon. We've realised how helpful this software has been in helping us improve our CRM capabilities.
