It's easy to use! I have used it for my own business as well as for church services at times because they do offer discounts if you are using their software. The support is also good - we get emails when there has been an update or something new added that we may not notice otherwise. There isn't anything bad about this product, so far it seems like it does what its designed to pretty efficiently. We're able to keep track of people who need prayers and provide them with those prayers quickly and easily. If someone needs prayer right away, they can send in a quick note and pray for God to work through them. This makes everyone feel better knowing that He cares for us all despite our differences. People appreciate having access to praying immediately after receiving notes. Also helps for small groups since one person will be looking into requests while another prays over someone for example.
