Review on 💧 Wave Enviro Stage Filtration System by Justin Miller

I have been using the New Wave Enviro 10 Stage Water Treatment System for ten years and I am trying to take care of my health and the health of my family. Last May I found out about the water filter certification and since it was time to change the filter I contacted the company for the certification details. As you can see from the email exchanges posted below, New Wave Enviro refuses to share test results, although they say their filter is certified. Since the company refuses to share test results, I'm assuming they're hiding something. Unable to believe that using your filter would do my family any good, I have switched to an NSF certified filtration system AND am posting your performance data sheet.--------------- --- -- ---------------------------------------------- -- - - ------------------ My email to customer.service@newwaveenviro.com: Who cares, I've been using your 10-step filter for a few years now. I'm afraid you don't have a full list of performance data including metals like lead, mercury etc certified by an independent lab. I could not find this information on your website. Do you have such certification? Please let me know. My filter needs to be replaced and I would like to get another of your filters but could not do so without proper performance certification. Company Response: We do not normally disclose details. All testing is performed by Barrier right here in the US. Level 10 currently removes everything except fluoride. In addition, we have been certified by an independent laboratory. We do not publish test results.
