Love that it's easy to access & very organized
I love that it is easy for clients who are looking at multiple venues, such as restaurants or hotels - you no longer have to go back & forth between sites! It’s also nice how detailed they keep their reports (we use them daily). They could maybe add some more features/functions, but overall this has been great so far. We don't need every feature right now since we mainly do weddings with one location per event; however there's nothing wrong about adding other options if future growth warrants us doing additional services like corporate events etc.).
Pros
- The program works really well within our business workflow
- especially when managing client info in conjunction wth vendor payments from vendors' payment platforms
- the support team provides excellent customer service
Cons
- So much flexibility can be added
