Review on ๐ŸฅŠ Enhance Your Boxing Skills with Ringside Fightgear Master's Competition Headgear by Shawn Jacobs

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good for starters but then I give up

Almost middle age I am new to boxing and have read that this product is suitable for 40+ and beginners due to the very good cushioning and protection. Here's what I found, having now worn it for a couple of sparring sessions, one of which was slightly more intense than "light" sparring: Comfort: Not comfortable at all. It's not uncomfortable, but after wearing another family member's gear, it's definitely not as comfortable as the Venum product or the Hyabusa product. I think it has to do with how tight I have to adjust the straps to keep them in place. Protection: Here this product is EXCELLENT! This thing has so much cushioning that it's great for people like me who do a lot of recording in the beginning. I landed some hard punches and the only reason I knew was the thrust, not because it hurt where I was hit. The cheek pads also protect my nose well. Fit: Perfect fit, especially thanks to the adjustable chin strap. Craftsmanship: This is a really well made product. I see this thing is taking a VERY long time. Since the chin strap is a buckle, I don't think it's going to wear out any time soon. Other: One of my biggest complaints, which leads to my poor comfort rating, is that the hat is not lined. . While this is great for a quick clean, it also means this piece will slip like crazy if you don't tighten it tight. Finally, this product is competition-legal, so if you ever decide to do so, you can practice in what you'll be wearing during a game.
