I bought this for my wooden floors. If you are an impatient person, rent your room outdoors. If you have the patience and time, this kit works great. A color matching chart is included and worked for me. Wood putty is a two-part epoxy and you don't need much to fill the hole. I made the mistake of applying too much and it's hard to remove (I used dry and slightly damp paper towels). So be careful when watering. I mixed the colors from the chart and it turned out perfect! I added some water to the paint because it was too thick. You just need to dilute it a little. Much luck!
