Driven 600 miles with this hose set and the high pressure hose burst right out of the fitting. Before you say I didn't install it properly, I installed all of my high pressure field serviceable hydraulic hoses on my Jeep for years with no problems. This kit was suitable for replacing the engine, so I decided to give it a try. Did. Bad decision. The fitting threads on the outside of the hose are not aggressive enough to cut the outside wall of the hose and the hose will fall out of the fitting. If you use this kit, do yourself a favor and use it to model a high pressure hose and then make a real hose with pressed fittings. Lesson learned.
