My wife has been dreaming of one of these for a long time, so we finally got it for a pretty good price. Pros: This thing is economical and gets the job done. If you have to cook or dice a lot of onions, it will definitely save you a lot of time. Cons: I think like all these setups, they just need a little time to clean up. If you're just making a lightbulb it may take about the same amount of time, but at least that lightbulb won't affect you as much. Another thing is that it requires a little pressure. You'll need to put more effort into chopping compared to a sharp knife, but overall we think it's a good purchase. Would recommend this product
