I hope the attached video is visible and retrievable. I just received the item today (May 7, 2020). It looks like it has been used before, or at least tried, although it shows no significant signs of wear. It's actually like renovated if possible. The rack has a simple design and is designed to be easily attached to a bicycle seat post. It's not difficult to attach, but given its size and how you have to hold the post, and also have to hold the separate piece that goes around the seatpost and also screw in the first screw, that would be ideal. it takes two people to do it. Of course I did it myself. The rack fits my bike quite well, but as I explain in the video, the bolts that attach the rack to the horizontal rack or stand do not thread into any holes on the horizontal rack itself, and the stability of the rack depends on the rack how tight the screws are to the surface of the rod. When cycling, the momentum can cause the screws to slowly loosen. You can often check the bolt tension. Bolts are the type that require a hex wrench or hex key to tighten. I'm not sure if the screws used in the rack are easy to find at a hardware or tool store if you lose one of the screws or need to replace one of them. First after I attached the post to the seat post. my bike, then I discovered that the package that the rack came in (the package that consisted of a soft, large, waving envelope, not a box), I found that the package contained two small, thin squares that Appeared to be made up of possibly "rubberized foam" and appears to be intended to be slipped onto a bicycle seat post before attaching the post to the seat post. Thus, damping appears around the seat post. Or maybe the squares were "spacers". But on two small squares about 1 inch by 1.35 inch (the thickness should be like two sheets of paper) there were some sand particles. Because of the texture and material of the small squares, the particles stuck to the squares. This really made it clear that the pose had probably been used before, perhaps on the beach or on a sandy path. I really liked how easy it was to assemble the stand. Overall, not many parts to assemble, and you don't need to attach the rack to different parts of the bike, just the seatpost. The trunk is fairly low and doesn't jut out much to add bulk to the bike. The rack is light for what it is, but of course that makes the bike a little heavier to carry if you need to carry it. The trunk is adjustable in length. This is a good feature. Whatever you attach to the rack, you'll likely need to use bungee cords or cords. The luggage rack is for situations where you need at least one small luggage rack on your bike to carry certain items that won't fit anywhere else on your bike. Depending on how imaginative or how desperate you are, you can place enough items on the rack, for example by using a crate or by tying a bunch of items to the rack in a certain way. The rack should hold between 15 and 20 pounds (I'm not entirely sure) and this may depend on the size of the items and how they are attached to the rack etc. I'd say this rack shouldn't exceed $15. but the price of $20.97 is not that bad. The trunk isn't perfect, but it will probably help you carry some items on your bike. Perhaps other more expensive and well-designed racks cost more and are more difficult to attach, but they may not work much better or be worth the hassle for hauling small loads. It would be nice to at least have this in a closet or garage in case you need to put it on your bike. I will update based on my findings on this topic.
