We like these roof bars. The first time tit was delivered there were only the bars in the box, not covers for the ends, keys, directions or wrench. But when the replacements delivery came, everything was there. Installed in 15 minutes. Look great, like we bought the car with them thee. 4 star is because there were way too many things missing from the first box. I surmise that box had already been returned as missing parts because there was a cut out spot on the box where another shipping label might have been.However, problem was rectified very quickly.
