I added plants and light because it looked simple and more like a mosquito net than a canopy itself as the material is cheap and doesn't look like a real curtain. The material is not that good, it tears easily so I would advise you to be careful with it and try not to get caught on anything. But I really like how it turned out in the end, after all it looks really nice with the decoration. I mounted it with curtain rods and ceiling hooks as I don't have a four poster bed. It was a bit difficult to figure out how to place it at first, so I think adding small marks on each corner would be very helpful, I was able to figure it out in about 15 minutes. This is the cheapest canopy curtain option I've found, so I think you'll get this if you go for the cheapest option. hope it lasts
