Review on 🔌 Efficient UBIQUITI U Fiber Single-Mode SFP 1G for High-Speed Networking by Bobby Lawson

The distance from one side of the house to the other is over 300 feet with wires running up, around and down the walls. Too long for CAT5e but I had to find a way to improve the Wi-Fi and "wired" connection to the cable box on the other side of the house. Someone gave me a 500ft piece of outdoor SM fiber. Two pairs of these $30 GBICs saved the day. My optical LC degrees cost more! Can't wait to get rid of the media converters and upgrade to another Ubiquiti 8-150W switcher then I can add some cameras too!
