It does the job.

I bought this ready made a few weeks ago and it came with a very cheap CPU cooler that needed replacing. I really didn't want to waste an arm and leg as this AMD 3700x would not overclock and even with the stock cooler the temperatures were in a high but acceptable operating range. Anyway I saw this and it matched in aRGB the rainbow vomit on the front of my case, graphics card and fans and it didn't break the back so I decided to pull the trigger. First, it was probably the easiest cooler I've ever installed. My only complaint, which they addressed in several YouTube videos, is that the AMD4 socket setup is just a top and bottom loop while the Intel setup uses all four sides. It sounds worse than it really is because you can plug it directly into the motherboard, it doesn't require removing the backplate or rear case, and it literally took me less than 5 minutes to install. Once tightened and secure it's going nowhere, so complaining about the 2 hinges is negligible at best. The beauty of all-in-ones, even cheap ones, is that while they don't cool any better than the best air coolers, they take up significantly less real estate around the processor. The best air coolers are giant softball-sized monsters, which is why I chose the AIO. As you can see from my attached photo, everything is nice and clean, there is plenty of room to breathe. Definitely the pace. This case is very small. It's a full 3 inches shorter than my other Phanteks Eclipse P300 computer, which is small to begin with, so I wasn't expecting miracles. I was positively surprised. I have 5 CPU fan speed settings on my motherboard, and on the 3rd or 5th, which I think is a good compromise between temperature and noise, I have 35 degrees at idle and 55-60 degrees under normal load. The stock cooler ran at 60 degrees when idling and around 85 degrees under load, so not a bad improvement. There's also the benefit of a much quieter system. If I were to increase the fan speed I could certainly get even lower temperatures, but they're a lot lower than they should be and I think the noise reduction means more than a few degrees Celsius less. For $70 what I paid. , I think this is a good product. It was only installed about a week ago so I can't comment on durability and will definitely update my review if anything changes, but so far so good. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for AIOs at a lower price point, especially if you're looking for aRGBs, which are usually quite expensive. If you don't like rainbow puke, you can probably find other value-for-money models that will suit your needs as well. And in terms of installation, appearance and price. B for performance. Basically a decent device.
