The product arrived honestly. I have three cats so I was very happy to find this product in a pack of 4 rather than buying each one individually. They let go quickly which is great for my two kittens who fight a lot. The bell can be easily removed if necessary. The reflective part on the collar works well - I've only tried it in a dark room with a flashlight but it works as advertised. This part is the reason for my quick purchase. Collars are not worn or damaged. They fit very well - I have two kittens that wear the same length but my older cat is larger. I was worried it wouldn't fit her, but it does. All in all they were great! If I need to redeem them, I'll definitely be here. I will order more items from this seller.
