The light works really, really well!
This motion detector light really works well. Maybe too well. Our house is near Bear Swamp and there are lots of animals roaming the neighborhood at night. We also are pretty close - about 60 feet - to a county road with cars passing by 24 hours a day. The good news is that my husband was able to shim the light so that it no longer turns on with the car traffic, but the wild animals are another matter. I'm hoping that the bears, deer and bobcat learn to avoid our house eventually and use the neighbor's yard instead.
