Good knife at a good price

This is a high carbon stainless steel that is very sharp out of the box. I love how it works in all my meal prep. The handle is comfortable, the blade is ground very sharp. I use it often and I like how it works. I will buy it again and recommend it to friends and family. For the money you can't go wrong.
