Weak. Not a solid construction. I have a feeling they might break off if I press on the handles too hard. The piece in the sleeve detaches from the neck of the bottle. Not a deal breaker, just annoying. The top screw doesn't go deep enough into the cork initially, so you'll have to pull the cork out halfway and then screw it back in to get the rest of the cork out. In general, it works, but with difficulties. If you mean different, choose different. If you're thinking of buying this, do a little more shopping. You'll be glad you did. For your health.
