It took 3 attempts to find the correct item and even then it was a one day project requiring significant modifications. In addition, no installation instructions were included with this device. The instructions I received with the 31-140 were not for this 3 other models they sell, and YouTube videos or online instructions were not available at the time of this review. 31-140 "Silver" is Safe T's red-haired adoptive child. Additionally, the mounting hardware required careful grinding of the metal to eventually be tailored to fit the 2019 E350 chassis. The guys from Safe T Plus are nice southerners. In fact, I've been told that this mount doesn't really fit "some" E350 chassis. Of course, that also applies to mine. The Safe T Plus and users of larger devices have some great installation videos for other devices (making it easy), but there's literally nothing for this model. When I first contacted the company they sent me some pictures of the completed installation but no instructions. Another thing that would be good to know. You will need to lower the stabilizer bar below the mounting point and since you are pushing it under the stabilizer bar it will help to loosen the screws on the opposite bracket near the passenger side to ease the installation. Just for your information. Ultimately, the time it takes to modify this hardware combined with the setup time it takes you to figure it out and the total lack of instructions (or misdirection) available makes this my first ever 'one star' review .
