This little heater is a workhorse and very reliable. it is very easy to use. Nothing fantastic. Has 2 controls. One button off, fan, low and high. The next pen has small hatches that first get thin and then get thicker to show the rise in temperature. I am very happy with it. It heats up quickly and warms up my living room quickly. The room is about 14 x 20. We like to zone heat to save money and to our surprise we can do it during the day and even most nights without another heat source with winter temperatures of 40 F. We live in an RV so those are Thin walls and insulation. BUT I initially thought I'd send it back. Haven't tried it yet, but the boxiness was a bit off-putting at first. It's actually just a box and 2 pens. I think I was expecting something less harsh. FYI I also bought and received 2 other portable heaters at the same time which were different to suit the needs of different rooms. I was just comparing this one to others I've bought. Husband said he liked it so we left it. After turning it on and using it, it turned out that he was right. The funny thing is that one of the fancier, gimmicky radiators turned out to be unusable and I ended up returning it.
