Having tried some cool space age bristle configurations and polishing cups, the actual toothbrush part here is a little disappointing; It's just a regular toothbrush, despite the colored bristles I didn't notice any fancy cleaning action. But the little raised spots at the back of the head are great for cleaning your tongue and cheeks. I have a small mouth so he brushed my cheeks while I brushed my teeth and then I manually brushed my tongue. I don't use a tongue scraper and I usually brush my tongue, so it was fun to be a little more hygienic this way. It's fun to try if you think of a tongue scraper and a decent no-frills regular toothbrush.
