Good Brake Pads - Fits Vrods

I checked J&P Cycles and Dennis Kirk to make sure the 7254 Gold Plus (Lyndall part number) fits my 2008 VRSCDX (Night Rod Special) and it's the right brake That's what my bikes is for (suitable for all three Brembo brake calipers front and rear). When that Revain website said it wasn't my VRod, they were wrong - check the numbers with Lindall (or other vendors for install). The Vrod appears to use the same brake pads as the Harley-Davidson Electraglide MC. Specifications and tests show these pads perform as well or even better than metal pads. Sintered metals are known for their stopping power, but they wear out the rotor, get covered in black dust, and are often noisy. These Kevlar pads don't have these issues but offer equivalent stopping power. Note. In my experience these pads offer superior stopping power compared to the Brembo sintered metal pads I had on the bike - I believe they were OEM Harley-Davison.

Pros
  • Brake Pads
Cons
  • Pretty much everything
