We've seen positive results from using this product in our organization! Great customer service- very responsive. When we have any concerns or issues they are always resolved swiftly by techs who know what they're doing & care about making clients happy - I highly recommend them as your sales force training partner if you haven't already found such folks through other means. They helped us better understand how best to approach prospects via email marketing campaign creation when targeting specific groups within accounts (we didn’t want people outside those targets being exposed). We are using Ascendon to manage our website assets and improve web content management across multiple sites. The team is very responsive to all inquiries. They have been able to help us build out a robust site automation system as well as integrate with 3rd party systems. There is not much I dislike about Ascendon. They have been great to work with and continue to evolve their product line to meet our needs. Our website has seen significant improvement since we started working with Ascendon.
