Easy to use and has the functionality you need

I like how it allows me to check my contract renewal dates very quickly so I can confirm with our carrier if we need to do anything for the next year. It also helps keep track of all of our billing information in one place which makes life easier when working remotely! There are not many bells or whistles but this is fine because most companies don't really have much use for them. If you're looking into an overall ERP solution then look at other options as there are cheaper products out there…

Great tool if we want better data analysis

The best thing about AMI is that they always try to improve, so they can adapt to any changes in the market. They also have a lot of resources and a lot of support. They have a lot of experience in the telecom industry and telecom solutions. Everything is perfect. There is nothing that I dislike about AMI. I like that they have a lot of resources to help you with your problems and to be able to improve the platform. The only thing is that sometimes when the platform is updated, it takes a lot…

Easy-to Use CRM that doesns let you down

I like how easy it was for our team of 20+ salespeople to use this system! It's not just another reporting tool but also an extremely useful platform from which we can do so much more - including data entry (using Zapier), reports generation as well as tracking customer service issues & interactions with them via emails/social media channels etc., all within one place.
