As everyone works from home and goes to school we can have more breakfast in the mornings and we bought this toaster to upgrade our 2 slice toaster to this 4 slice toaster upgrade. Since having this, making toast and bagels just got a whole lot easier. We've used regular sliced bread, assorted bagels, assorted toasts, thick slices of homemade bread, frozen waffles, frozen pancakes, and even tried it with a small flour tortilla. No matter what we put in this toaster, not only will it come out perfect, it won't stick or burn our bread. When it comes to cleaning this toaster there is a tray on each side that can be removed and unloaded for easy cleaning. Our last one required us to unscrew the bottom, which would result in the crumbs crawling out at the top and making an even bigger mess. Not to mention that the trays can be washed if necessary. What I personally love about this toaster is that no matter what we put in it, not only does it toast perfectly, it also doesn't crush or break what we put in it.
