Review on Bialetti 1-Cup Moka Pot: Authentic Aluminum Silver Espresso Maker by Todd Roybal

Don't even waste your money

After a trip to Italy I fell in love with a moka pot and decided to get one. I even went to a Bialetti store while in Italy but ultimately decided not to buy it to bring back to the States because there wasn't enough room in my suitcase. I quickly found this offer and ordered it right away. I was SO excited when my moka pot arrived and I could finally enjoy a delicious Italian espresso again! I was so disappointed when it finally arrived. The box was dented and literally opened? (as shown in a photo) I knew straight away that it was a Bialetti fake. The material is too light and stinks. There are scratches and places where the edges are sharp and rough. The text on the pot looks schematic. I'm not even going to use that thing. I wouldn't feel safe drinking coffee from this as I have no idea what material it's actually made of. I hope Revane lets me give this back. I am so disappointed. Don't waste your time and money on this, it's not worth it! I spend extra money to have someone buy you a real Bialetti and ship it to you.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • poorly thought out
