I was very satisfied. . . First. This knife dulled after a week and we only cut veggies and fruit. Now it can't even cut through a tomato skin and stays in my toolbox in the garage regardless of its value. My wife and I are thinking about a new log kitchen set but wanted to try a knife first just to check the quality. We just tried a $20 knife before spending hundreds on a full set. WÜSTHOF is perhaps the most useless knife we've ever had. Our 12 year old cheap Ikea set is 50 times sharper than this so called marvel of quality engineering!
