Lifechanger - my new review

Wow. Where to begin. I mean, first off, I was always slipping out of my boots. I had to walk very slowly, because without laces, if I wasn't constantly focused on flexing my foot to make it as a big as possible, my boots just fell off. If I stepped in anything the slightest bit sticky – some gum, mud – off my boot went with a loud shlop, as I invariably took my next step wearing only the thinnest of socks into more gum or more mud. What a nightmare!Do you know what my life was like before these laces? They called me "Old Joshy Slipshoe" around the office. I was constantly stepping out of my boots on accident, and then I'd have to stop what I was doing, sit on the floor, put them back on again, get back up and keep walking. Do you know how hard it is to have to do this three or four times between your desk and the office kitchen, pretending to ignore everyone's barely stifled chuckles, tears welling up in your eyes? Needless to say, the week after I got these laces, I felt so confident. And it must have shown. I got a promotion and a 25% raise! In this economy? You better believe it!And the texture. Just thinking about it makes me blush. With the small undulating ripples, formed by gentle yet firm interlocking threads. Running my fingers across these as I opened the tiny plastic bag they came in was like being aware I had skin for the first time. I felt things that I thought were dead inside me. Anyway, long story short, the shoelaces said yes and the wedding is next March!
