Review on EncounterWorks by Sean Xayamonty

The best thing about encounterworks is it's easy to use and integrate with most ER systems. We have had very few issues. It takes some getting used to how you interact with the system. Once familiarized, there's not much we dislike about encounterworks. I would highly recommend! Their support has been excellent. Great customer service. It makes billing easier for our office. It's easy to use and navigate. The reporting tools are very powerful. We were able to get some great insights into our data and it was easy for me to pull reports in different formats. I like how we can filter by month or year. Sometimes, the interface is slow when you're doing a lot of searching. There's nothing I dislike about it. It does what it says it will do and is easy to learn. It helps us have better control over our finances and billing.
