I bought this camera set in September 2019 (about 4 months in total). Totally unreliable from the start. Sometimes recorded, sometimes not. I've added 64G SD cards as suggested and still no better AND I can't play content that is being recorded from the SD card from time to time as instructed. I read reviews from other customers about these products and many of them had the same problem. I called Revain support and was put through to YI tech support and they went out of their way to figure out it was my fault like settings I needed to change or enable in my app etc. My settings weren't an issue , because the cameras didn't work. t last long when i got them. Now they don't. I've tried so many times to adjust many settings (sensitivity levels, alarm notifications, wiping SD card and reformatting, NOTHING WORKED). I was told to fill out a questionnaire and sent a copy of the receipt and a photo of the camera to the email are sending tech support staff to "open a ticket" to get either a refund/refund or a replacement which i did two days ago and they have not responded. these cameras cost no money at all you have to otherwise very soon (as many others have complained) you will be stuck with this junk and no compensation!DO NOT BUY YI PRODUCTS!THIS IS GARBAGE!
