This is a lifesaver. I have an iPhone 8 and have been tracking the charge speed across multiple sessions. According to the manual, the charging speed is fastest when the battery is low. Here are some examples. In most cases, I tried not to use the phone while it was charging. Session A) 6 min from 19% to 30%. Another 26 minutes to 65% session B) 21 minutes from 64% to 83% session C) 67 minutes from 16% to 87% As you can see, charging is much faster than with a traditional charger. One thing I noticed is that sometimes I got the charger notification at least once even when I didn't unplug it. So far, this has not affected the charging quality.
