Two subwoofers are more than enough to get the job done. I use a sealed box which gives more room in my trunk and packs a nice punch when the bass hits. Each subwoofer is rated at 2100 watts and 1050 RMS so make sure they are properly matched to the amplifier. When connecting, be sure to check the resistance of the amplifier. I'm using a 4000w class D monoblock rated at 1 ohm. great product again.
