I like that you can easily upload files without having to download them first, even if they are large in size! It's also very easy to copy/paste text from another document or application into your colaborative space which makes it really useful when collaborating with others over documents online (which we do often!). Sometimes there isn't any way around using additional software such as Google Docs but this does not affect my usability at all since everything works so well together here through their website interface alone; however, some people might prefer something more straightforward than what comes along automatically though our web browser. We use these tools daily within office hours while working remotely via WFH where sometimes things get lost among other applications open up simultaneously. This has helped us keep track of important details throughout meetings by simply pasting notes directly onto an individual file rather then switching back & forth between programs constantly just thinking about how much.
