Terrible design, poor quality control. Stay Away

I put the thing back in the box within an hour of installing it. Terrible combination of poor design choices and quality control/assembly errors (from a mechanical engineer's point of view) The assembler over-torqued every joint, making arm movement impossible without standing up and using two hands. I even applied WD40 to no avail. The table clamp moves before I can rotate my arms. Good luck loosening those connections, one of them is not accessible after installation, no tools are supplied, and the screw is so tight you need a foot-long Allen wrench to move it. Monitor arms should make it easier to move the monitor, not this one. I have a 15 lb monitor. The hinge for tilting the monitor doesn't hold up. This screw could not be loosened or tightened either. If you had to tighten it to hold the monitor, good luck adjusting the tilt again. For some reason the mounts are ridiculously thick and heavy metal, like they're going to withstand a bomb blast, but what's the point? The joints can't even handle a 15-pound monitor. bad design. Assembly was tedious, sometimes you could barely get the Allen key in place and turn it all the way. Don't waste your time. Of course there is no quality control.
