Terrible combination of poor design choices and quality control/assembly errors (from a mechanical engineer's point of view) The assembler over-torqued every joint, making arm movement impossible without standing up and using two hands. I installed a 34" UW monitor on it and it ended up standing up well and could swivel to a vertical position (floating above the board). Problems identified were the as-received connections being too tight or too loose. Let's start by saying that the metal of the stand is durable and strong. The included gear is also made of thick steel and will not crack, bend or break.
